Structure, services and plant, delivered together
Civil, PHE, electrical, fabrication, insulation and refrigeration on one contract. On a plant building that means one site team for the frame, the floor, the power and the roads outside. On a cold store it means that when a chamber leaks, one team owns the joint instead of four contractors arguing over it.

The two founding partners are a civil engineer and an electrical engineer, practising since 1994 and 1993. Machinery is supplied, installed, tested and commissioned in-house on 5 contracts.

CA stores and pack houses we have built
17 engagements across 7 states, from the apple belt of Kashmir to Thane. CA stores to 5,000 MT built; a 12,000 MT facility maintained.

For FHEL, a unit of CONCOR, SAI BA runs the whole 12,000 MT CA facility at Rai, Sonipat. For HPMC it maintains controlled atmosphere stores at four locations in Shimla district.

Our founders and engineering team
Two engineers founded the firm in 1996, one civil and one electrical, and both work on site today. The pairing is still the shape of the business. Site teams are led by the firm's own engineers.

How a project runs with us
Each project moves through seven stages, from enquiry to a running plant. Pick a stage to see what you bring and what you get. The sequence is the same for a 90,000 sq ft plant building at Neemrana and a 5,000 MT CA store at Lassipora.
